Pizza with Black Olives and Pepperoni

Lindsay Black Ripe Olives were voted #1 in taste and flavor in a 2016 national ripe olive taste study*. And that’s a good thing when we’re talking about one of the all-time classic pizza toppings. Our sliced black ripe olives have a plump texture, and offer a mellow, nutty flavor that pairs perfectly with the mild kick of pepperoni.

You can, of course, add any number of great twists to this simple pizza — black ripe olives pair great with just about any topping you toss on.

Pizza with Green Olives, Caramelized Leeks, Goat Cheese, and Arugula

Chef Jill Silverman Hough provided us with this deliciously-fresh and unique recipe. Lindsay's Green Ripe Naturals olives are nothing like tart “martini” olives. They have a smooth, buttery flavor that pairs beautifully with many common toppings. You're only limited by your own imagination.

You can try this pizza with caramelized onions instead of leeks, and also with other types of cheese like feta, mozzarella, or Parmesan.

Grilled Bleu Pizza

This very unique pizza was created by Amanda Willis of Chesapeake City, MD — one of the runners-up in the Lindsay Pizza Recipe Challenge. It features our Kalamata olives, which boast a deliciously rich flavor that plays perfectly off the intensity of the gorgonzola bleu cheese. And our foodie fans love the shiitake mushrooms and hint of honey that add subtle, unexpected notes of flavor.
